Jim (the salesman) was on time to meet and discuss our needs. He explained the product and how it worked. He explained everything that would happen on installation day.
On installation day, the crew arrived before the scheduled time which was fine with me.
They explained the whole process from start to finish. Jeremy told me I could sit and watch plus take pictures if I wanted. Riley, Santiago and Jeremy were incredible. They were very respectful of our property. They were fast yet very efficient. The final product turned out fabulous. We couldn’t be happier.
